Appeal vs Re Apply for Irish Visa?
Hello everyone,
i would like your input in deciding how to proceed from the issue I am facing right now.
I am from Pakistan and I have critical skills employment permit and a 2 year contract to work as a GP in Ireland.
Unfortunately my visa was refused stating number of reasons (deficiency in documents attached). I have appealed the decision by addressing each reason alongwith strong supporting letter from my employer and am hopeful it will satisfy the visa/appeals officer.
Dates on official Websiteabout appeal decision time and the people I have asked are saying that it might take year or year and half to have the decision of my visa appeal.
I wanted to ask, how much time it takes from submitting appeal to getting a decision of it? If it takes year or more, can/should I withdraw appeal and re apply the visa application?
kindly guide me as to how to proceed which might help best in my case.
