Do you bump up your dose towards the end of a vial?

I've noticed the first shot from a fresh vial seems to hit a little harder than say the 8th shot of a vial.  The data suggests peptides breakdown in a vial over time as they become more oxidized.  I can't find much research for tirzepatide specifically but I've seen lots of indication you could have significant decay especially after 30 days of breaking the seal on other peptides.

I'm temped to increase my dose about 5-10% as get into shot 5+ in a vial.  I'm curious if anyone else does this, the approach they use, and if it has worked out.
