15mg Pens and counting clicks

I searched and couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for so I wanted to ask! I know you can count clicks on the 15mg pen and take smaller doses to save money, but I currently use Lily Direct and to keep the lower price you have to reorder every 45 days, so it’s not feasible for me (I am just going up to 5mg dose from 2.5). Is there anywhere to get the 15mg pen where you don’t have to reorder every 45 days? I was looking at Amazon but it wasn’t clear (It’s $499 with the manufacturer coupon but not sure if that’s the same program and requirements as Lily Direct).
