Super dry skin girlies who have started Tret

I was prescribed thread due to being in my 40s, but also because I have very dry skin the past 10 years or so.

For any dry skin girly how long until your skin became normal and manageable? I am still just starting so I’m going through the flaky skin phase and would appreciate any information or tips you may have.
