Applied for Customer Engineer role at Accenture Management Level 10 with only 1.9 YOE (incl. 7 months unpaid internship) – What are my chances?

Advice Needed - OPS

Hi everyone,

I have around 1.9 years of total experience (including 7 months of unpaid internship). I recently applied for the Customer Engineer position at Accenture at Management Level 10.

My background is in java full stack developer. The role seems to be more client-facing troubleshooting, implementation support, escalations, and technical guidance to customers.

I know L10 usually expects 3–5+ years of experience, so I'm a bit worried whether my profile is strong enough for this level. Has anyone with 2 YOE been offered L10 at Accenture recently? Or did they downgrade the level to L11?

A few questions:

What is the realistic salary range (fixed + variable) for L10 Customer Engineer in 2026, especially for someone with low experience?

How tough is the interview process? (Technical + Managerial rounds)

Any specific topics or scenarios I should prepare for Customer Engineer role?

Is it common for Accenture to offer higher levels even with less experience if the profile matches?

Any insights, recent experiences, or offer letters shared would be really helpful.
