Company retreat June 1-June 30

HI Everyone, can anyone recommend places to have 8-10 team members stay in Italy for a month in June?

Not hotels bc it's too expensive but in a dream world maybe at a winery or something. Or large airbnb with community room? or multiple airbnb's next to a office we can rent for a month?
