What happened to the quality?

What happened to Le Chat? Completely inaccurate, always giving out same response, weird tone, doesn't follow instructions, feels off and broken. I know there was the outage but also this was unusual for Mistral AI, seems that they messed something up. Anyone else seeing a quality drop? Feels a bit like it was when Grok basically died at quality a few weeks ago.
