Do you guys know if themitmonk youtube channel is legit?

I'm a heavy youtube user and have a "spider sense" for bullshit. Lately I've started being recommended this guy channel and, I don't know, but some things he says just sounds off and chatgptey and the videos are heavily edited. I google searched him and didn't find any useful information other than links referencing his site, youtube and linkedin. He has hundreds of thousands of views and yet I only heard about him in the last two months.
