How to move FioS copper router/WiFi

House came pre installed with FioS. I just needed to order a new Verizon router and connect it to the existing RJ45 on the main level. Now a couple of years later, I realize the Verizon router WiFi is not in a good coverage location for me. I want to move it.

It does not terminate in an RJ45 in the basement. The line is broken out into 4 wires on a block. What is the correct pinout if I want to run a new cable? Can I get Verizon to replace the spliced in wiring with a proper jack?
