Vyvanse & Drug testing

I have scoured this subreddit for answers and have been getting mixed ones. I have been getting referred and have a few interviews coming up. Some of them require drug tests. I do not mark disability anywhere for ADHD or reasonable accommodations (was that a mistake?) but I do take prescription Vyvanse. Will this disqualify me for any of the positions and when does it need to be disclosed?
