I am confused o_O

I placed an order over at Mercari on 3/26. I even paid for the buyer protection thingy. They snagged my money on 3/27. A Pre-Shipment

This was the one and only tracking info sent to me. I has never changed.

Item price $87.03

Delivery $11.99

Buyer protection fee $3.56

Tax $7.18

You paid $109.75

Then I started getting email from Mercari that they "reminded" the seller. Then one saying We are still awaiting shipping status from seller. Then on Apr 1st they sent me one saying my order had shipped :O Well this is BS because I never got and updated shipping notice and the old one said the same..label created<----I had tried to message the seller but something in the system told me I had to wait 4 hours lol I did and still nada the message would not go thru. They said their system was backed up...try later. BTW I did try to find the cancel this but nothing was available.

I tried to get customer service on the phone 4 times, 10 minute wait each, then they come on and say too bad so sad your 10 minute wait is up and disconnect lol I tried to send an email but it went no where and asked me if they were helpful :P

Bottom line: They are sitting on over $100 buckolas of MINE since 3/27 and I want it back. This seller is not going to ship my items and everything in their store is showing "sold out". I am guessing there is some sort of loophole either Mercari or the sellers have figured out to grab your $$ and make it impossible to get it back.

Any ideas?? I will fight them to my grave. I am preparing letters/emails to agencies..any and all. Buyer protection my thigh high protrusion!! Just another way to snag your $$.
