Road trip NY to Cali

Im planning a road trip from NY to California. Is there any tips to make the most out of the journey. I don’t have to stop but would love nice scenic views. lol I would love to not lose cell service etc. & maybe not so busy highways? Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ any tips on how to map this out would be greatly appreciated, as well as any other tips. Thank you!
