Complaint that isn't as serious as filing an official complaint?

Hi all, if I have an issue with a lecturer, which can't really be called misconduct, who do I contact? I'm not very keen on filing an official complaint because what are they gonna do if I tell them that I don't like her? But she's genuinely a vile piece of work, and I want some sorta superior of hers to know that it actually makes the module a dumpsterfire. Do I contact the senior tutor? Senior lecturer? Or is a complaint the only option?
