Question about I-485 filing timing (F2A/VAWA) – Delivered March 23, Current April 1st.

Advice/Help needed

Hi everyone, I need some help understanding what might happen with my concurrent filing (I-360, I-485, I-765).

My package was delivered to the USCIS Lockbox on March 23rd. I am filing under VAWA as a spouse of an LPR (category F2A). Unfortunately, I realized that for F2A, the filing date only became 'Current' on April 1st.

As of today, April 9th, I haven't received a receipt notice or the rejected package back. I have a few questions:

  1. Is there a chance USCIS might still accept the package since it’s being opened/processed in April, or do they strictly go by the delivery date?
  2. If it is rejected, how long does it usually take for the physical package to arrive back?
  3. Does VAWA status change how strictly they look at the Priority Date for the I-485?

I’m quite stressed because I don't have the funds to easily redo everything right now. I would appreciate any experiences or insights. Thank you!
