Looking to cast insects in resin. What should I use?

I’m not to this. I want to cast insects in resin, but I want to start off with plants first to get the hang of it (leaves, flowers, etc), then move on to insects. What resin should I use? Any tips?

Any subreddit specifically for casting insects/plants?
