Can’t figure out issue with 15” V6

I have had a new issue that I can’t seem to fix. I moved from TX to CO this year and now my car revs itself up to 2-3k randomly while driving , this happens when I am in gear and out of gear , car doesn’t need to be moving it happens at idle completely at random. I have cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor , did a fuel treatment 3 times , tested injectors , replaced air filter , zero codes , checked for vacuum leak nothing there , I have checked for fuses , loose wires , loose plugs , bad wires ect nothing there. The car drives perfectly fine has full power and no other issues except at complete random it will revs itself and sometimes it hangs up and just stays at 2k and then will drop. Car is completely stock only thing it has is a oil catch can.
