Dha phase 9 town reviews

I am planning to buy a 5 marla house in dha 9 town, i’ve looked at A,B and D block and have found some nice houses.

But i need to verify hows the security, if there are any water, sewage issues or any other issues. I noticed that the roads are a bit small in width, so is that a big problem for residents? Kindly guide me
