Как активировать Meta Quest 3S в СНГ?

The problem is this: my brother bought himself these glasses (Meta Quest 3S), and of course he didn't think about any connection issues. But now he's faced with Meta being blocked in Russia, and the task of setting up the glasses has fallen on me. I thought there wouldn't be anything difficult about it and started scouring YouTube for the very guide that would get us out of this situation. But here's the problem: I've tried all the methods, namely:

1. Use a VPN and Hotspot on the laptop, connect the glasses to that network. The issue here is that after connecting to the network, I see that the glasses get an IP address, but below it says "Connected with limitations" — and as a result, the "Done" button is not available.
2. I decided to flash the glasses myself. I downloaded everything, ran the firmware update, and — lo and behold — I see the screen with the code for logging into Meta Horizon. However, I logged into the app on my phone, tried to connect the glasses, and at the stage after entering the code from the glasses, I see the message "Failed to establish connection" — and it can't be fixed no matter what.

I'm asking for help, because I wouldn't mind testing these glasses myself.
