IS THIS A SCAM LINK FINANCIAL NUMBER 029 2085 8765 never heard of this company!!

Today “someone” from Link Financial Outsourcing called me, I wasn’t available to pick the call. They had left a voice mail, saying “ hi it’s …. From link, I am calling you back, please call us on 029 2085 8765.

Sounds very legit, never heard about this company before, never been in debt, no previous debts, tried to call back but couldn’t get in touch. Is this a scam company? Or is this the number that’s cloned the genuine company?? HELP. Stressed. The number was 029 2085 8765. The link website numbers are completely different.
