Can amazon actually track social media traffic down to the specific handle?

I know we’re supposed to register every single social page where we share links, but realistically, can Amazon even see that? I assume the referrer just shows the base domain (like instagram.com) instead of the specific profile like instagram.com/myhandle.

I'm new and testing links across a bunch of different pages. I’m not doing anything sketchy, I just don't want to trigger an automated flag by updating my account list every day. My plan is to just register my biggest page so they can at least see my traffic legitimately comes from IG.

Has amazon ever emailed anyone here for using an unregistered page?
