In terms of the prompt:

Generally, for this scene, I want humans and furries to be on equal standing socially. The main draw and drama of this plot will revolve around age gaps, maybe some forbidden romance, and breeding.

[Furry] will refer to the furry MILF character [Human] will refer to the young male human

[Furry] sighed as she scrolled through social media, feeling that same emptiness as she has been for the longest time now. Her friends, cousins, and even her sister all seemed to have full and happy families, and while at first [Furry] had been content with her career and wealth, it was clear to her that she wanted something more.

Each month her heat passed she felt another chance slipping away. The fear that she would simply be a single woman forever settling in deeper, and this was all being compounded by her failure in the dating scene. [Furry] wanted that young love that she never got to experience, that passion she saw young couples share, and all it seemed men her age wanted was someone to settle down with and live out their days.

Despite her description of her desires, she never fully considered dating out of her age group. She could already hear her family disapproving of her 'robbing the cradle'.
