Weekly Pacitaxel plus carboplatin chemo regimen

Hi, anyone did weekly Pacitaxel plus carboplatin chemo regimen? My doc is recommending weekly dose for 12 weeks instead of every 3 weeks for 12 weeks because it’s better tolerated and less toxic? Not sure but looking to see if anyone did that regimen and what was their experience. Thanks!
