Hey so i dont have the app but

so i dont have the app for some time now, its uninstalled and i do not have any blockade for some time now so recently i tried to install a app from a file from google the web not google store but for some reason my phone said that i cant do that due to the family link options set by my parents even tho i does not have the app

(i even checked in settings if i can delete any app permission but the app is not there i will prolly talk to them but they will for 100% does not give a shit so is any other way?
