Referral Award

I referred a candidate to the firm in August 2025. Apparently our policy states that referrals are only eligible for payout reward within 6 months of the referral. The candidate was hired in March 2026 and AskJPMC said my referral is no longer eligible for the bonus… seems ridiculous because the multiple rounds of interviews could easily be the reason it fell out of the expiration window… anyone know how I can dispute this?
