Looking for mechanic recommendation, sunroof drain tube repair/replace

Every time it rains, drivers side foot area gets soaked. I discovered Sunroof drain hose was detached, I re-connected, unclogged hose but still allows water to drain into car.

Possible drain tube defect, damage, etc. maybe needs to be replaced.

Any mechanics or shops deal with this? My local guy won’t attempt it.
