Found a unique old gypsy song on my pc. Does anybody know anything to tell me about it, can't find any info on internet

Here is the link i found using sound search: https://youtu.be/yBCasKASR3M?si=nVItjHXIwIn10A6g As far as i saw, comments are filled with people speaking romani, and no comment says something about origin of song or anything. My guess is this is a song from southeastern Serbia, region of Vranje. Thanks for all replies!
