Gen 2 lt1 rage

I got a 95 gen 2 lt1 from firebird im putting in a 94 silverado everything is connected and setup but it keeps backfiring all plugs are in the right place all injectors are firing everything should work it just doesn't the opti is brand new new gaskets everything new why the hell doesn't it wanna work
