Questions about community college tuition program

I'm seeking more information about the community college partnership to enroll in qualifying continuing paralegal education courses at one of the partner colleges. I have emailed and called the resource center listed on the website for information about the program, but I have not heard anything back. I have been trying to get a hold of them for almost a month.

Has anyone had luck with this program? Do you have insight on how it works and who to contact?
