Bulimia effects on baby?

I am 23F and have struggled with bulimia and Anorexia since i was 9 years old. The past couple weeks I have been binge eating terribly. I realized i gained 15 pounds and started purging 5+ times a day to stop my spiral as much as i could. I just took a test this afternoon and im pregnant, about 6 weeks. I have been purging so much these past 6 weeks and am wondering if i stop now will my baby be ok?
