I had a virus on my computer and cleared it but before i found the virus there was a pop up

the pop up said "The code execution cannot proceed because libmysql.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" My Microsoft account got hacked and taken the email was changed i did a few quick scan then i did an offline scan and they came clean and yesterday the day after i got hacked i download Malwarebytes that found Trogan which i quarantined and deleted then flushed my Dns and ran another Malwarebytes scan that came clean, is there a better app to use to do more scans to check for viruses?
