BO7 Cursed Relic Question

I have been trying for so long to get the Spider Fang relic and I don’t know where I’m going wrong. I’ve completely turned off my wisp tea augments, and also took off my aether shroud major augment, but I still just never get the portal to spawn in. I have spent so much time on this and the wisp is always on OSCAR when I kill him. Does anyone have any tips or ideas? Any help would be so appreciated.
