Rotation question for S1

hi, So I got S1R1 Aemeath, but haven't really played much or figured out rotations yet, as I only just got Lynae to finish her team comp up. Does S1 play very differently to S0? is there a proper guide for this somewhere? Tune teams are a lot of info to take in.
