House help - sorting, decluttering, systems.

Hello everyone.

My house is incredibly stressful and I am unable to get 'ontop of it' by myself. I know that I need someon to physically be with me here in the space to help me declutter, dispose of things, and set up systems that are ADHD and family friendly.

Does this type of person exist? I am unsure of what to search for. Additionally I suppose, I'd want them to be a professional and have police clearance etc. Any ideas? I am based in Australia, and am not on NDIS so would have to pay outright.

Just unsure what to search for. Have any of you ever sought help like this? Did it help?
