Kit & Confused

I’m on week 4 of the weight loss, just starting the full pills at night and thought I’d look here for support. I got so confused reading about “kits”. What’s the kit? I got a 5 month supply when they sent it, and it says to resend in June. It seems to be lessening the food noise, not too sure if the weight is coming off yet but I’m feeling a little better. But any help understanding the whole thing would be appreciated!!
