Alters getting hurt in headspace?

Recently we’ve been having a lot of littles come out. They seem to get stuck out and usually either panic or get upset because the people around us don’t understand them.I’m not sure why this is happening but some of us seem to think it has to do with a situation that happened about a week ago.

We had this “hallucination” where one of our “demon” alters attacked our gatekeeper in the headspace. And she is now “injured” and weak. She even told us she doesn’t know why she feels weak but she feels like she is tired all the time and can’t do her job properly. I still don’t know if the “fight” actually happened but multiple of us have memory of it.

About a year ago a “split” alter got hurt and went into a permanent coma (basically dormant), causing the other “half” to become dominant. This was also by a “demonic” alter.

Has anyone else had this experience with alters getting hurt in the headspace? Is it even possible? Should we try and ignore it (hasn’t been helping) or should we confront it head on (and how)?
