How do I know what I have?

I made an appt with a Castro but can’t get in until the 29th and am freaking out.

I’ve never had any kind of digestive issue but last fall after taking doxycycline I developed the feeling of having a lump in my throat. After consulting Dr. Google I came to the condition that the antibiotic had caused some kind of GERD or esophageal issue so I stopped taking it and my throat slowly got better.

My doctor switched me out for minacycline and I was fine for months but now I have the same symptoms and I can’t seem to eat ANYTHING without terrible heartburn and/or that feeling in my throat.

Any guesses on GERD/esophageal ulcer/esophagitis? I have medical anxiety and am spinning.

Also could this have been caused by the NSAIDs I was using for my knee?
