Beginner help?

hello! I've always wanted to set up a cb radio in my pickup and one at home, I have recently come across 2 different ones, and id like to set up one in my pickup first, the two radio units I have now are a cobra 29 Ltd classic and and cobra 148 gtl, since im so new, im unsure of what either are capable of and what's the difference between them, they are also unknown if they work or not, and are the radio units themselves,

Basically im asking what the differences are and which would be the best for a pickup. thank you for your assistance
