Casting Wedding Ring

Hey all, I am newer to printing. My setup is an Elegoo Mars 5 with Siraya casting resin. It prints great with the setup given from Siraya. Just wondering how to keep the supports out of the details. Is it resin printing law to print at a 45 deg or am I making things up? Also, if anyone has done this before, what is a good way to set up sprues for the best quality casting? I am planning on running a burnout cycle and pouring 10k gold.
