Proposed Freminet's new kit - Arlecchino new best 4* support for Melt!

Hello, it has come to my attention that Arlecchino doesn't have any 4 stars that synergies with her well + provides melt. Most 4* like Rosaria and Charlotte just end up equipping Instructor's and/or TTDS. This is a perfect opportunity to turn Freminet, a member of the House of the Hearth, into an Arlecchino support, and also make it so that F2Ps can also enjoy her melt teams! Do you like it? Here is the kit below (It's a bit wordy, TL;DR below):

FREMINET - CRYO, CLAYMORE

Level 90: 12071/254/708/ATK 24%

N4:
Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.
C:
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.
At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
P:
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

E: Pressurized Floe
Performs an upward thrust that deals Cryo and Physical DMG and launches Pers into the field, causing Pers to enter Shattering Pressure state.

Shattering Pressure
Every 2 seconds, Pers will unleashful a powerful attack, dealing Pneuma-aligned Cryo DMG, for 6 seconds.

Q: Shadowhunter’s Ambush (80 Energy)
Unleashes a wave of untouchable cold, dealing AoE Cryo DMG, refreshing Pers on the field if it is on the field, and causes Freminet to enter Subnautical Hunter for 12 seconds.

Subnautical Hunter
When Subnautical Hunter starts, Freminet will grant everyone nearby in the party a Bond of Life worth 50% of Max HP and cause nearby enemies to enter Subnautical Helper state. Additionally, if Pers is already on the field, Freminet will gain stacks of “Pers Timer” based on Freminet’s and his teammates’ Bond of Life change. Max 5 stacks.

Pers Timer: Ascend
Gains 1 stack when a party member’s Bond of Life increases. Does not stack.
Pers Timer: Descend
Gains 1 stack when a party member’s Bond of Life decreases. Does not stack.
Pers Timer: Extreme
Gains 1 stack when a party member’s Bond of Life is cleared or reaches 150% of Max HP. Does not stack.
One stack can be gained every 1.2 seconds.

Subnautical Helper
When a party member’s Bond of Life increases or decreases, 1 Prey Point will be granted to Freminet for each percentage point of Bond of Life by which their Bond of Life changes, capped at 200 points. When the duration ends, Freminet’s Prey Points will be cleared.

A1: Saturation Deep Dive
When Pers Timer reaches 3/4/5 stacks, Freminet grants everyone nearby in the party 6%/8%/10% ATK and 20/25/30 EM for 12 seconds.

A4: Parallel Condensers
Pers Timer: Ascend and Pers Timer: Descend can now stack up to twice.

Utility Passive: Deepwater Navigation
Decreases Aquatic Stamina consumption for your own party members by 35%.
Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.

E Level 9: (12 second CD)

C1: Dreams of the Foamy Deep
Restore 4 energy every time Freminet gains a Pers Timer stack, up to four times in 30 seconds.

C2: Penguins and the Land of Plenty
Extends Freminet’s Shattering Pressure state to 10 seconds.

C3: Song of the Eddies and Bleached Sands
Increases the level of Shadowhunter’s Ambush by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

C4: Dance of the Snowy Moon and Stars
Increase maximum Pers Points limit to 300 points.

C5: Nights of Hearth and Happiness
Increases the level of Pressurized Floe by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

C6: Moment of Waking and Resolve
Increases maximum Pers Timer stacks to 10. Pers Timer: Ascend and Pers Timer: Descend can now stack up to five times, and one stack can now be gained every 0.6 seconds. For every Pers Timer obtained, the active party member gains a 4% Elemental Damage Bonus, up to 40%. Additionally, Freminet gains 100 Pers Points automatically when casting his burst.

TL;DR Basically similar to Furina, when Bond of Life changes Freminet stacks "Fanfare" and gives the onfielder up to 180 flat attack bonus, a bit of EM and a bit of damage%.
