I have 3 sticks of RAM

I have a 16gb DDR5 I currently use, I just got two more 16gb DDR5 that are dual channel but completely different brands and speed.

I game in 4k and play on high settings, I’ve read some online but it’s all talking about DDR5, so kindly, what do you guys think is the best option?
