Fastest / Newest 1.5GB GPU?

I'm interested in seeing just how far a 1.5GB GPU can go these days. Fastest/ newest that seems to exist is the OEM GTX 760. (Or the GTX 590, but SLI is kinda cheating and irrelevant today. And a 760 would beat it in single GPU performance.)

Any lesser known GPU models that came with 1.5GB?
