creeps and weirdos

I've created a post talking about body dysmorphia and while I have gotten some nice helpful compliments, I've mostly gotten messages from guys and men telling me how beautiful i am, and asking me if I'm single. while I do know that this is common for reddit, it's still really fucking weird. i wanted to connect with other girls about my issues but all I got was men trying to hit on me, telling me how beautiful I am, without even knowing what I look like. im upset, but there's not much I can do. i wish this would change to make girls safer on the internet. edit: dming me shit like "why do you have body dysmorphia" "what do you look like" "how many bfs do you have" it's not helping and you should be called out
