Am I blocked or she deactivated her IG acct?

Problem/Goal:Hello not sure if tama yung tag buttt I can't search for their ig username, even tried to use the instagram.com/username. Could it be because I'm blocked?

Context: Last night, umamin ako sa kanya na I have feelings her for so long. She turned me down, she asked to be friends instead, I turned her down too. Di ko kaya na friends lang or friends pa kami. So, my initial reaction was to move forward and block her on IG. Kanina, inunblock ko sya, ngayon pagkapasok ko sa office I tried searching for her username, nung una nagglitch ata si IG, nakita ko pa acct. nya 0 followers, 0 following na and hindi na nagload yung profile nya. I also tried looking for her acct. sa following lists ng friends nya pero wala na rin. Did she block me rin kaya or nagdeact lang?

Previous attempt: tried to make a new IG acct, and used instagram.com/username to no good. Thank you.
