Looking for 1 or 2 bed - new lease or lease takeover with possibility to trade living situations

I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom in Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, or PLG around $3,000 or under. Moving in with my partner. We have a flexible move-in so anytime in May works for us! Also, I saw someone else do a post like this but if anyone wants to do a trade, I'm looking for a woman or femme person to take over my room in a 2BR in Bed Stuy near the J train. Would be a sublet with possibility for lease takeover!
