How to register a sole proprietorship for digital marketing in Putrajaya? Need step-by-step guidance please!

I’m planning to start my own sole proprietorship company focused on digital marketing services. I’m based in the Putrajaya area and I’m super flexible, I can run everything from home or rent a desk in a coworking space if needed.

I’ve never done this before, so I’m a bit lost on the whole process. Could anyone who has done this (especially in the Klang Valley/Putrajaya region) please guide me? Specifically, I’d love to know:

• What’s the full step-by-step procedure to register the business with SSM?
• After I get my SSM done, what other licenses or approvals do I actually need for a digital marketing business?
• What are the important compliances I need to remember (tax filings, yearly returns, EPF/SOCSO, etc.) so I don’t get into trouble later?

Any tips, common mistakes to avoid, or recommended order of doing things would be amazing. Even a simple checklist would help a lot!
