What's going on with QT bathrooms?

Disgusting mens bathroom just like Wilkinson at Ashley Rd, and Woodlawn locations. What's going on? Not all QTs are like this as I been to one at Northlake and the east side by Independence and Steel Creek which are usually fine for bathrooms. Seems as the Wilkinson/Woodlawn corridor just dont care. What gets me is a new QT at Tuckaseegee, with likely new employees hired when it opened some time ago, figure they would be on it!
