stuck - I need help

I have been stuck in derealization for months. I graduate hair school (or the ceremony) on Saturday. I bought a dress with my best friend, who helped me pick and decide. I don’t feel real, I’m stuck in the third view watching my body and fingers type this and the tv show in the background I can hear, I know I’m real but I don’t feel real. I’m so tired of this, I wanna feel present, I realized my extreme anxiety hasn’t gone *away*, but it’s just not as present because I’m just not mentally here to feel it
