I am looking into a shared workplace type thing I can rent overnight. The idea is to have a group of crossdressers and similar types over, maybe do a photo shoot thing?

This specific place has eight or nine different rooms with different themes and looks, but all very well done. Trendy modern office, coffee shop, executive boardroom, podcast studio - all great back drops for photos.

BUT in my exchanges I've made it clear this is not a sex party. Because it can't be if we want this to happen. it can get hot, a little kinky and fun but no penetration in the public areas. if a couple people go to the bathroom while I didn't see that but keep it NC-17 not XXX.

however directly across the street there are two hotels between 60 and 120 and night. different levels and amenities but very convenient. I will have a hotel room here and hopefully we will require a couple more.

I'm conversating with the owner and I'm awaiting a quote. If it's reasonable and feasible I was trying to gauge the interest here. There would have to be a small door fee or charge but I'm trying to keep any cost relatively negligible.

I'll have to see what the quote is and the interest here and how the numbers work out.But I think it could be a good time. This would be in the King of Prussia area probably a Friday or Saturday night. 9 to 1am. or some window of time thereabouts.

Think of it like a dress up cocktail party with pictures and other entertaining additions with sex later. at the hotel.

But not here.

So if you have a question comment or concern let me know and we'll go from there.

XOXO, Jess.

Is there any interest in a party or group type event at a private establishment? Drinks photos flirting first. Kinky stiff later?
