Best Memory Card for OM-5 Mk II?

Hi, I'm wondering what the best memory card is for this camera. I mainly take travel photos and focus mainly on stills, with the odd video here and there. I see it works better with UHS-II, but I've gone down the rabbit hole of "which one is best?" and now I'm overwhelmed and can't decide what the best move is. I've had my eye on the Sony E cards, either 128GB V60 or 64GB V30. For the way I'm going to use it, is there any point in spending more for the V60 card or can I save money and just get the V30? I see write speed is much lower on the V30 too, at 45mbps vs 100mpbs for the V60. Any recommendations, Sony or otherwise, gratefully received! Thanks.
