Hobby ideas for a SAHM that can be done while toddler is independently playing?

I stay at home with my 1.5 year old, but I’d like to find a new hobby that isn’t being on my phone. I love to run, bake, and shoot, but baking is the only one I can somewhat focus on while she’s playing independently. Any ideas for the downtime? Something that I can sit and do while she’s playing outside or with toys?
